On 25 and 26/12/2008, Stameq of Cao Bang and Fishery Resources Protection and Exploitation Department have organised the cremonies of receiving ISO 9000 certificated issued by the independent certification body upon the successful results of certification audits.

On 24 and 25/12/2008, the independent certification body has conducted two main audits certifying the Quality Management Systems of Quang Binh Customs Office and Bac Ninh Transportation & Traffic Department. This application of Quality Management System in these organisations is implemented in compliance with the Decision No. 144 issued by the Prime-Minister in regulating the application of ISO 9000 for Administrative Authorities.
